Applicants should meet at least one of the following experience criteria:
- Minimum of 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, or;
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple truck accident cases, including settlement negotiations and/or trial work, or;
- Board certification, specialization, or significant litigation experience in personal injury or civil trial law.
3. Licensing and Good Standing
Members must:
- Be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state;

Applicants should demonstrate a reputation for professionalism and ethical conduct, which may include:

- Leadership in legal organizations.
5. Commitment to Ethical Standards
All members must agree to:
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct;
- Provide honest and accurate information to potential clients;

6. Geographic Representation
The network aims to maintain high-quality representation across multiple states and regions. In some areas, membership may be limited to ensure quality and avoid oversaturation.
