Tackling Truck Injury Claims with Smith & Williams LLC

The United States highway system is used by millions of commuters and among regular passenger vehicles, large commercial vehicles utilize these same highways as trade routes. Although essential to our economy, large cargo vehicles can wreak havoc when involved in a car accident with a smaller automobile.

The average commercial vehicle is approximately 20-30% bigger than the average automobile and also takes about 30-40% more time to come to a stop. Regrettably, with the increasing amount of large cargo vehicles on the road, there is also an increasing number of auto accidents involving these large trucks.
