DeWitt Algorri & Algorri, LLP is a Pasadena, California personal injury law firm founded in 1979 with decades of experience handling truck accident and commercial vehicle litigation. The firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for injured clients throughout California and is known for taking on difficult cases that other attorneys will not — and winning. With offices in Pasadena and Newport Beach, the firm represents individuals and families who have been seriously injured or killed in crashes involving commercial trucks, cranes, 18-wheelers, and other large vehicles in Pasadena, Orange County and in the Inland Empire.
The firm’s truck accident practice focuses on complex commercial vehicle collisions involving brain injuries, spinal trauma, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. DeWitt Algorri & Algorri investigates driver negligence, equipment failures, and trucking company liability, and is experienced in litigating against major commercial insurers who dispute the severity of injuries. The firm has secured significant recoveries in truck-related cases, including a $2.75 million settlement in a mobile crane truck collision on the 60 Freeway where the insurance company initially denied the brain injury claim, and a $9 million recovery in a case involving a vehicle striking a parked truck with trailer.
DeWitt Algorri & Algorri brings a combined trial record of more than 75 jury verdicts in state and federal courts and is well known throughout the California plaintiffs’ bar for landmark bad faith insurance litigation and high-value personal injury verdicts and settlements.
